RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Item(s) are not returnable and refundable unless defected.
2. YOU MAY NOT RETURN FOR EXCHANGE: 
  • Sale items or purchases made with discount vouchers.
  • Damaged, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance unless it is found to be manufacturing error or faulty beforehand.
3. Defected item(s) should be returned within three (3) days of receiving an item ordered from CbA 'COVERED BY ANNISA' online store or any of our physical store and with the tags still attached. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability.
4. All exchange item(s) cannot be refunded with money, it must be with an item.
